    Under\u00a0Fix problems using Windows Update<\/b>, select\u00a0Reinstall now<\/b><\/p>\n

    In the\u00a0<\/span>Fix problems using Windows Update\u00a0<\/span><\/b>window, choose if you want to allow the PC to automatically restart 15 minutes after the installation completes<\/p>\n

    Select\u00a0<\/span>OK\u00a0<\/span><\/b>when you\u2019re ready to start the installation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The reinstall will take you\u00a0to the\u00a0<\/span>Windows Update<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>page in\u00a0<\/span>Settings<\/b>. It will start downloading a repair version of the last operating system update that was successfully installed on your PC. Once the download is complete, the repair version of the update installs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Once the reinstall is complete, restart your PC if you didn\u2019t choose to allow it to restart automatically<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n
