Microsoftは本日、Windows 10 Version 1909用の累積アップデートKB5001396を公開しました。

オプション扱いの非セキュリティ更新プログラムで、タスクバーのニュース機能が追加されたほか、システムの品質の改良を含む、多数の不具合の修正が含まれています。

更新プログラムはWindows Updateの「更新プログラムのチェック」あるいは、Microsoft Update Catalogからファイルをダウンロードすることで、手動でインストールすることができます。

Version 1909用の更新プログラムKB5001396では、タスクバーにニュースを表示することが出来る新機能の追加や、スタートメニューに"ms-resource:AppName"や"ms-resource:appDisplayName"のような名前の空白のタイルが表示される問題の修正、Windows Mixed Realityの「設定」アプリで、ヘッドセットがスリープ状態になるまでのアイドル時間を調整する機能の追加などが行われています。
