レビュー
NTFSパーティションのMaster File Table(MFT)を利用することによって超高速に動作するファイル検索ソフト。
ファイル名やパターンを入力すると一致するファイルやディレクトリの一覧がリアルタイムに表示される。
検索結果にはファイル名のほか、ファイルのサイズやファイルの日付が表示され、右クリックメニューを呼び出すことも可能。除外するフォルダや、ファイルタイプの指定もできる他、ファイルコンテンツを利用した検索機能も追加された(ただしファイルコンテンツの検索は時間がかかるため、他の検索方法との併用が推奨されている)。

The splitter between the two search input fields is now highlighted and no longer invisible. This splitter makes it possible to change the size ratio between the search field and the content search field.

A bug that caused unwanted entries to be created when manually entering UNC paths in the search dialog has been fixed.

Community Feature: UltraSearch now also finds files and content in ZIP archives - the function can be switched on or off at any time.
UltraSearch now supports spoken dates such as "today", "yesterday", "this year" or "September 2020". These terms are automatically recognized and applied as date filters.

Files can now also be moved or copied using their preview images with drag & drop.
UltraSearch now also displays thumbnails for SharePoint results.

The lines of the results list are now easier to read thanks to a changing background color.
A search path can now be inserted directly in the dialog for adding search paths. In addition, you can now change the size of the dialog and move it.
The results of a content search are now also displayed directly in the preview for PDF files. However, this is only possible for local and available files.
There is now a button on the "Start" tab to change the display of the results (list view or thumbnails).
Error corrections
The settings for the file content search (configurable under "Options > Configure file content search") were not taken into account during the search. This problem has been fixed.
The current license status is now retrieved more regularly to prevent misleading messages regarding an expiring maintenance period, even though it has already been extended.

The size filter has been revised and now offers a preset of file sizes in addition to self-defined values.
The input help now offers the option for searching specifically for the creator of a file (author or owner).
The initial value of date filters has been improved.
The speed of sorting columns that require the complete file path for sorting (file path, path length, etc.) has been improved.
The search for file contents could lead to the unintended download of offline files. This has been improved.
