- wxLua now builds with Lua 5.1 and 5.2
- Update wxStyledTextCtrl with new functions in 2.9

incompatible with the current Bakefiles anyway.

to flatten, simplify, and make it possible to "install" into a
normal include directory structure.

- Move wxLuaObject and "smart" helper classes into wxlobject.h/cpp
- Add lbitlib.c and create the "bit32" table to help the transition
to Lua 5.2. (Using backport version by Sean Bolton)
- Start to use Markdown for documentation to make maintenance easier.

This is a version 2.6 of wxLua that supports Lua 5.0.2, wxWidgets 2.4.2 and wxWidgets 2.5.3.
Expect bugs. I will be developing wxLua as time permits.
