Added a setting to restore folder modification dates after files are reclaimed.
Further improved heuristics for checking if file-system-compressed files are clones.
• Added missing source/target information to some error messages.

Restore folder dates - When this setting is enabled, folder modification dates will be restored to the values they had before reclamation began.
The act of reclaiming a file will update the modification date of the folder that contains the file. This is an accurate reflection of what has happened: the folder was modified when one of the files it contains was replaced with a space-saving clone.
If you prefer that folders not reflect this modification, enable this setting and Hyperspace will reset folder modification dates to their pre-reclamation values.
