- Fixed line numbers so they render with the correct background color, and they are now always drawn on the left. The line number color is also adjustable in Preferences.
- Added "Copy selected lines to other side" (Ctrl+E), which allows you to copy just part of an edit (or multiple edits) to the other side.
- Improved handling of very long lines, instead of showing the entire line as a single changed block, individual changed characters are now highlighted as expected.
- Fixed slow cut and copy operations when the clipboard is locked (typically by remote desktop sessions).
- Added "Save All" (Ctrl+Shift+S), which saves both sides in all tabs. "Save" (Ctrl+S) now only saves the focused text editor.
- Fixed so dropping a shortcut on Diffinity will open the target of the shortcut.
- Syntax highlighter updates and fixes.
- Fixed instance highlights in the thumbnail view so they are drawn one pixel taller to avoid being hidden by the border of the selected edit.
- Folder diff: deleting a folder now deletes the folder and its files/subfolders as expected, not just its files
- Bugfix: Alt+Left/Right to copy left/right in folder diff was broken (0.9.5 regression).
