オプション扱いの更新プログラム(プレビュー版)で、多数の不具合が修正されています。
更新プログラムはシステムの品質を改善するもので新たな機能は追加されていません。Windows Updateの「更新プログラムのチェック」あるいは、Microsoft Update Catalogからファイルをダウンロードすることで、手動でインストールすることができます。

Version 2004/20H2用の更新プログラムKB4598291では、フルスクリーン/タブレットモードでゲームを実行した際にデバイスの描画が停止する問題の修正や、Ctrl+Caps LockとAlt+Caps Lockでそれぞれひらがなモードとカタカナモードに切り替えることができる問題の修正、Windowsデスクトップ上にあるドキュメントを開けない問題の修正などが行われています。

Updates the process for enrolling in online speech recognition. If you are already enrolled, you will see a message that asks you to review the new settings. If you choose not to contribute your speech data for human review, you can still use online speech recognition. The new settings contain one button to turn on online speech recognition and another button that turns on the collection of your voice clips. If you turn on the collection of your voice clips, you can turn it off at any time using the same button in the new settings page.
Addresses an issue that prevents the Start menu, Cortana, and tiles pinned to the Taskbar from opening. This issue occurs when an administrator copies an existing profile that has the Mandatory Profile check box selected.

- Windows 10 Version 1809以降のWindows 10からそれより新しいバージョンのWindows 10にアップデートするとシステム証明書およびユーザー証明書が失われる可能性がある。
- ふりがなを自動入力できるアプリで、日本語IMEを使って漢字を入力すると、正しいふりがなが出てこない場合がある。
