Parallelsは9月10日(現地時間)、Mac用仮想化ソフトウェアの最新版「Parallels Desktop 20 for Mac」をリリースしました。
Parallels Desktop 20では、新しい「Parallels AIパッケージ」により、安全なプリパッケージ仮想マシンをダウンロードして、オフライン環境でAI開発スキルを迅速に向上させることができるようになっています。
また、macOS SequoiaとWindows 11 24H2といった最新OSへの対応や、Enterprise Editionには、新しい管理ポータルが導入されています。その他、Windows、macOS、Linux VM 向けの多数のアップデートが提供されます。
Windows 11ゲストに関する改良について、開発チームは、NVMeドライバ、インストール、マウスカーソル、ディスプレイ解像度などに改善が加えられ、最大80％のパフォーマンス向上も可能だと説明しています。
