Microsoftは31日、Windows 10 Version 1607用の累積アップデートKB4346877を公開しました。
更新プログラムはシステムの品質を改善するもので、新たな機能は追加されていません。
今回の更新プログラムはJuly 2018 .NET Frameworkアップデートの影響で発生している不具合を修正するためのもので、更新プログラムを適用後、Windows 10のビルド番号は14393.2396となります。
This update addresses an issue that was introduced in the July 2018 .NET Framework update. Applications that rely on COM components were failing to load or run correctly because of “access denied,” “class not registered,” or “internal failure occurred for unknown reasons” errors.

現在更新プログラムはWindows Updateでは配布されておらず、Microsoft Update Catalogから手動でファイルをダウンロードして適用することができます。
