Microsoft 365の加入者に最近送られた「Keep your identity safer online」というタイトルのメールでは、Microsoft Defenderの利点を説明する文章と共に、最後に、以下のような重要な情報が含まれていた模様。
The Defender app will soon be automatically added to your Windows 10 or Windows 11 device during a routine update of your Microsoft 365 apps. Look for it in the Start Menu and make sure to sign in to activate your protections.

Starting in late February of 2023, the Microsoft Defender app will be included in the Microsoft 365 installer. That means that when you install the Microsoft 365 apps on your Windows device, the Microsoft Defender app will automatically be installed for you along with the other apps.
