累積アップデートKB4565503として提供されており、Windows Insider Programに参加しているBetaチャンネルユーザーは、Windows Updateを利用してインストールすることができます。
新機能は追加されておらず品質の改良がメインの更新です
。例えばPowerShellを使用してServer Coreプラットフォームのシステムロケールを変更できない可能性がある問題の修正や、ウィンドウモードでサイズを変更したり、全画面モードからウィンドウモードに切り替えたりすると、特定のゲームやアプリケーションで視覚的な歪みが発生する可能性がある問題の修正、OneDriveアプリを使用してOneDriveに接続できない可能性がある問題の修正などが行われています。
