主な修正点
URLチェッカーで誤判定が起きる可能性のあるバグ修正。aタグのリンク先がメールアドレスになってると起きる可能性がある。
新しいタイプの偽装された迷惑メール対応。数学用英数字記号をURLに使ってる場合やonclick=でURLを埋め込んでる場合対応など。
秀丸メールから発信するHTML形式メールについて、text/plainとのデュアルパートをやめて、HTML形式のシングル形式にした。（iPhoneで受信して化ける場合があるらしいので）
その他細かいバグ修正など。
