Workflow extension

• This extension allows you to run multiple things at once
• This extension acts as a port of the "Workflows" plugin from ueli v8

This is the first development build after the Windows Package Manager 1.8 build for Windows 10(1809+) and Windows 11.
This build will be released to Windows Insider Dev builds and Windows Package Manager Insiders.

Noticed a long delay when saving posts? That might have been because of image, gallery, or file blocks—but not anymore. Saving should be quick and easy, no matter how many photos or files you’ve uploaded.
We also fixed the overlapping “Done” button on the “Post Published” screen. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
