・「サポート必須情報」の表示を追加して必要性を強くアピールするようにした
●高DPI対応の強化
・オプションに互換性ページを用意して、DPI設定を追加
　なし/システム/GDIスケーリングを選択できるようにした
・上記の設定を各種外部コマンドにも反映するようにした（例外はヘルプ参照）
・高DPI環境でツールバー画像の新規作成/編集を試みた場合に、メッセージを出して中断するように横取りした

　名前順系だと先頭１文字、拡張子系だと拡張子の先頭１文字、日付やサイズ系だと日付やサイズの単位ごと等
・マウスジェスチャの軌跡を描画する際、MSLLHOOKSTRUCTのマウス座標がディスプレイ依存で信用できないのでマウスカーソル座標を求めるAPIを変更
・スクリプトのSelectDialogで引数が足らない場合にエラーメッセージを出さない不具合の修正
