Microsoftは本日、Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC 2024向けの定例外のホットパッチKB5061258をリリースしました。
Windows 11 Version 24H2向けとしては初のホットパッチで、Bリリース(月例更新プログラム)やCリリース（プレビューアップデート）ではなく定例外(Out-of-Band)のアップデートと位置づけられています。
Microsoftは、この新しい帯域外アップデートはOSの内部機能を改善するための「雑多なセキュリティの改善」が含まれていると説明しています。リリースノートは以下の通りです:

アップデートはWindows UpdateやMicrosoft Updateチャンネルから自動的にダウンロードされ、インストールされるため、手動による操作は必要ありません。
