	2024/02/08 Ver9.30 新しいデジタル署名にした。文字セットに日本語が含まれない欧文フォントなど（最近ではConsolasが代表的）で、Shift-JISのファイル上でconfig文で変えたときにエンコーディングを変更相当になる（2バイト日本語は2文字欧文になる）動作を廃止して、Unicodeファイルを開いているときと同様に、文字はそのままとなるように仕様変更。詳しくはV9.30βでの改版履歴を参照ください。
