This is a test portable release of Opentoonz which includes minimal files.
This program will not run unless/until 'opencv_world451.dll' is placed into the program directory.

This release ideally can be extracted over the top of a prexisting portable release where this release simply updates and/or adds files.

This is a test designed to provoke interest in simplifying and optimizing installation and upgrades.

The size of this portable is under 30MB but a fuller lite version would be less than 10MB and optimally 5MB.
The size of files becomes largely irrelevant at the point where only files changed or added since the previous release are targeted.
