Evernoteは11月16日(現地時間)、イタリアのモバイル開発会社Bending Spoonsに買収されることを発表しました。買収は2023年の早い時期に完了する見込みです。
この買収によりEvernoteの既存のアプリやサービスは、Bending Spoonsの既存アプリのラインナップに加わります。EvernoteのCEOであるIan Small氏は、この買収によりBending Spoonsの実績あるアプリの専門知識と幅広い独自技術を活用し、新機能の構築が可能になると説明しています。
