それぞれオプション扱いの非セキュリティ更新プログラムで、多数の不具合が修正されています。
更新プログラムはシステムの品質を改善するもので新たな機能は追加されていません。更新プログラムはWindows Updateの「更新プログラムのチェック」あるいは、Microsoft Update Catalogからファイルをダウンロードすることで、手動でインストールすることができます。

Version 1903/1909用の更新プログラムKB4586819では、タブレットモードの場合にChromiumベースのMicrosoft Edgeブラウザがバックグラウンドで開く問題の修正や、ナレーターが応答しなくなる問題の修正、ハイバネーションや再起動でUSB 3.0ハブに接続されているデバイスが動作しなくなる場合がある問題の修正などが行われています。
